HOW TO SEND MONEY
Simple. Just go to your nearest Western Union1 Service Provider location in Taiwan, fill in your details and the rest will be taken care of. COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM
Fill out the form provided and show your government-issued photo identification or other supporting documents to the Service Provider.

PAY FOR YOUR MONEY TRANSFER
Give the Service Provider the amount of money that you want to send or entrust together with the necessary service fees3,4.
SIGN AND RECEIVE YOUR RECEIPT
You will be required to sign a receipt after you have verified all the details printed on the receipt are correct. One of the details printed on the receipt is your unique number of transaction (MTCN). You can track the status of your money transfer online with your MTCN.
INFORM YOUR RECEIVER
It's time to contact the intended receiver of your money, and relay the necessary information to him/her such as the sender's name, amount sent, the unique number of your transaction (MTCN), and the country the money was sent from.
TRACK YOUR MONEYGo to the 'Tracking' link that's on the homepage of our website. You can then track the status of your money by typing in your name (the sender’s name) and the unique number of transaction (MTCN).

1 Licensed Taiwanese foreign exchange banks will remit your funds to your overseas receivers through the Western Union Remittance System and its network of authorized agents located outside of Taiwan ("Overseas WU Agent(s)").

3 Subject to applicable taxes, if any. In addition to the remittance charge, licensed Taiwanese foreign exchange banks may collect the exchange difference when converting the remittance into foreign currency through Western Union Remittance System or at the locally posted exchange rate.
