   COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM

   Fill out the form provided and show your government-issued photo identification or other supporting documents to the Service Provider. You can call Western Union at 02 8723 1040 (for calls within Taiwan) or +886 2 8723 1040 (for calls from overseas).

   PAY FOR YOUR MONEY TRANSFER

   Give the Service Provider the amount of money that you want to send or entrust together with the necessary service fees3,4.

   SIGN AND RECEIVE YOUR RECEIPT

   You will be required to sign a receipt after you have verified all the details printed on the receipt are correct. One of the details printed on the receipt is your unique number of transaction (MTCN). You can track the status of your money transfer online with your MTCN.

   INFORM YOUR RECEIVER

   It's time to contact the intended receiver of your money, and relay the necessary information to him/her such as the sender's name, amount sent, the unique number of your transaction (MTCN), and the country the money was sent from.

5. 

   TRACK YOUR MONEY

   Go to the 'Tracking' link that's on the homepage of our website. You can then track the status of your money by typing in your name (the sender’s name) and the unique number of transaction (MTCN). Check the status of your money transfer now You can also contact your Service Provider or call 02 8723 1040 (for calls within Taiwan) or +886 2 8723 1040 (for calls from overseas) to check the status of your money transfer.
