Western Union Taiwan

It's very easy to receive money. First, locate your nearest Western Union Service Provider location1 in Taiwan here. Then make your way to the Service Provider location.

1. 

   Confirm that the Money is Ready for Pick Up

   But before you visit our Service Provider location, make sure that the money is ready to be collected. Either contact the sender to confirm, or track the status of your money transfer online or call 02 8723 1040 (for calls within Taiwan) or +886 2 8723 1040 (for calls from overseas).

2. 

   Visit the Service Provider Location

   Remember to bring the following information: The sender's full name (that is, first, middle and last names). The country where the money was sent. The amount that was sent. The unique number of your transaction (MTCN). Your government issued identification with photo (for Taiwanese, please provide your resident ID, for foreigner, please bring ARC or passport.)

3. 

   Complete the 'To Receive Money' form

   Just fill out the form and provide the Service Provider the MTCN and your government-issued photo identification.

4. 

   Review and sign the Receipt

   You'll be given a receipt. Review it thoroughly and sign it if all the details are accurate.

5. 

   Receive your money

   The Service Provider will then hand you your money together with the receipt. Transaction is complete. Please keep your money in a safe and secure place.
